Seeking Christ

Actively seeking God is continuous and not a one time thing. Once we become believers, that desire to seek God continues.

Hebrews 11:6 says, “And without faith it is impossible to please God, because anyone who comes to him must believe that he exists and that he rewards those who earnestly seek him.”

In Greek, the term to seek, ekzeteo, means to crave or require. It is a present active participle, which is non-finite. Therefore, seeking God continues forever.

I pray for a heart and mind that continuously seeks Him. I pray for what I lack. I pray to remove the obstacles within myself that holds me back.

How do you actively seek Christ in your daily life?
